Centre To Extend All Cooperation Needed for State’s Development - CM Eknath Shinde







 

New Delhi, 9: “The cooperation and strong support of the Central Government will play lead to the overall development of the state”, expressed the Chief Minister, Shri Eknath Shinde, today. 

 

            Shri Shinde addressed a press conference at Maharashtra Sadan press conference hall today. He informed that the state government is committed overall development of general public, farmers and all sections of the society". This government will continue to work for the interests of all sections of the state and this will require the cooperation of the Central Government. He also expressed confidence that the state government would continue its efforts to take the state forward with the cooperation of the Center and Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision for the development of Maharashtra.

 

            The Chief Minister and the Deputy Chief Minister were on a two day maiden visit to Delhi to pay a courtesy visit to the President, Prime Minister and Union Ministers. They met the President at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Later, a courtesy visit was paid to the Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh  at his official Resident at 17, Akbar Road. 

 

            Later in the Day, Shri Shinde and Shri Fadnavis called upon the Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi at his official residence 7, Lok Kalyan Marg. The Chief Minister and the Deputy Chief Minister are on a two day Delhi tour to pay a courtesy call to the President and the Prime Minister and many Union Ministers.
