Maharashtra Marching Ahead on PDS




New Delhi,29: Maharashtra government is planning for  digitisation of Public Distribution System (PDS) with online ration cards management system.

      Chief Minister of Maharshtra Devendra Fadnavis today reviews the progress of flagship projects monitored by CMO war room at mantralaya.

      In the review round the presentation was done on digitisation of Public Distribution System (PDS) .In state most of the ration cards already digitized and 5.76crore Adhaar card seeding is already done, after the  Acknowledgement of the presentation  CM directs to complete this project by October 2016.
  
   Mr. Fadnavis  discussed on the redevelopment of Bhendi Bazaar, Coastal Road, Metro-3, Elevated Metro, MTHL, NIMA and some irrigation projects. He  directs to start the civil work for Metro 3 by May 2016 and praises officials for better coordination and saving 2 years of time. He also directed  to complete RFQ process for work contract and signing of loan agreement for ‘MTHL’ .

    Mr. Fadnavis  asks officials to speed up the pre-development works for Navi Mumbai International Airport (NIMA) At last he reviewed Rehabilitation and land acquisition status for Lower Wardha, Bembla and Gosikhurd irrigation projects .
