‘Ringan’
awarded as Best Feature Film in Marathi

President Pranab Mukherjee presented the 63rd National Film Awards
today at Vigyan Bhawan at a glittering ceremony here studded with talent
representing the diversity of the Indian film industry.
‘Baahubali’ got the the Best Film award. ‘Ringan’
awarded as best Feature film in Marathi Language,
A heart rending survival story of a father-son duo, who decide to fight and
live rather than end their lives, in the background of farmer suicides in
Maharashtra. Manoj Kumar received the Dadasaheb Phalke Award.
Finance Minister Arun Jaitley and Minister
of State for Information and Broadcasting Rajyavardhan Rathore , and the
Secretary, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Ajay Mittal were present on the ceremony.

Makarand Mane and Vithal Patil received Rajat Kamal Award for the Best Marathi
Film “Ringan” withthe Prize money
of Rs.1 Lakhs each.
Mithunchandra
Chaudhari received the Rajat kamal in the category of best education short film
“ Paywat” with the cash prize of 50,000Rs. Mahesh Kale got the Rajat Kamal for best male playback singer ( Katyar Kalijat
Ghusli) with the cash Prize of 50,000Rs.

Rinku Rajguru awarded with the certificate for the film "Sairat".
Amol Deshmukh received Rajat kamal for Best
Short Fiction Film: Marathi film "Aushad" . For Best
Debute Film “Darvatha” Director Nishant Roy Bombade received the Rajat Kamal
with Prize money of 75,000Rs. For best Narration Harish Bhimani received the
Rajat Kamal with cash prize of 50,000Rs . For Best Editing Praveen Angre and
Shridhar Rangayan received Rajat Kamal with 50,000 Rs for Breaking Free.

main set of awards, S S Rajamouli's 'Baahubali' has awarded for Best Film with
Swarna kamal with Cash Prize of 2,50,000Rs each, Filmmaker Sanjay Leela
Bhansali for Best Director ('Bajirao Mastani') received Swarna Kamal with cash
prize of 2,50,000Rs, Legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan for Best Actor ('Piku')
and Kangana Ranaut for Best Actress ('Tanu Weds Manu Returns') got the Rajat
kamal and cash prize of 50,000Rs.
Best popular film providing wholesome entertainment Bajrangi Bhaijaan Kabir khan got the Swarna
kamal with 2,00,000Rs. Best
