National Capital Pays Tributes To Bharat Ratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar on his Birth Anniversary






New Delhi, April 14: The Officers and Staff of Maharashtra Sadan and Maharashtra Information Centre paid rich tributes to the Chief Architect of the Indian Constitution, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar on his 127th Birth Anniversary, today.
The Principal Secretary and Resident Commissioner of Maharastra Sadan paid floral tributes to this great scholar, social reformer at both the Sadans.  The Investment and protocol Commissioner, Lokesh Chandra also paid rich tributes to the champion of liberty. The Additional Resident Commissioner, Samir Sahai, ARC Smt. Suman Chandra, Public Relations Officer,MIC, Amarjyot Kaur Arora and other officers and staff also paid their tributes to Babasaheb.

The Deputy Director, Dayanand Kamble paid floral tributes to Babasaheb at Maharashtra Information Centre. Public Relations Officer, Amarjyot Kaur Arora paid floral tributes to this great visionary, scholar and social reformer who strived for legitimate opportunities for women and the under privileged  throughout his life.  Sub-Editor, Ritesh Bhuyar and all the staff paid their tributes to Babasaheb Ambedkar.
A Special Issue on the Mahamanav, Babasaheb was been recently published by the Directorate General of Information and Public Relations, Mumbai, Government of Maharashtra.  An exhibition hosting this issue for all public was hosted at the Parliament Street, which solicited great response. Rajya Sabha Member, Shri A. Raja and Prof. Jogendra Kawade paid visit to this stall and purchased copies of the same.  They appreciated this special issue and lauded the efforts of the government for taking such initiatives and bringing out such a valuable document on Babasaheb Ambedkar.
