Condemning Amarnath Attack, Maharashtra CM Extends Support to the Victims





New Delhi, 11:  Condemning the cowardly terrorist attacks held at the sacred Shrine of Amarnath in Jammu on 10th July, the Government of Maharashtra has extended full support and has made adequate arrangements to bring in the mortal remains of the two women pilgrims killed in this dastardly attack to their respective home town at Dahanu in Palghar District.
The two women pilgrims killed in this attack have been identified as Nirmala Ben Thakur, a resident of Palghar District and Usha Mohanlal Sonkar of Dahanu Taluka in Palghar District.  Seven pilgrims travelling in the bus have been killed leaving several injured.   Three pilgrims from Maharashtra have been injured and are being treated at the J&K Hospital.
The Government of Maharashtra extends full support to the Vicitims of Maharashtra and has made arrangements for helicopter to bring back the mortal remains of two women pilgrims to Dahanu from Surat, informs the Chief Minister’s Office, Maharashtra.
