Delhi, 30: In a mark of respect and
honor to all those who sacrificed their lives for the Nation, a two- minute
silence was observed at Maharashtra Sadan and Maharashtra Information Centre,
Delhi.
A program was organized at Maharashtra
Sadan’s Conference Hall. Resident Commissioner and Secretary Smt. Abha Shukla
was present along with Investment and Protocol Commissioner Lokesh Chandra,
Additional . Resident Secretary Sameer Sahai, Asstt. Resident Commissioner Ishu
Sandhu and other official.
The Father of the Nation, ‘Mahatama Gandhi’ was
remembered fondly on his 70th death anniversary, which is observed
as ‘Martyrs Day’.

Shri Dayanand Kamble and other officials were present during this time.
