Maharashtra CM urges to form Apprenticeship council

          

NewDelhi,2:  Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis today urges  centre to give permission to  form apprenticeship council in Maharashtra . He mentioned that Maharashtra successfully gave apprenticeship to 60 thousand candidate       highest in country.

   He was speaking to the media after attending the first meeting of the Governing Council of the National Skill Development Mission (NSDM) chaired by Prime Minister  Narendra Modi held at Prime Minister office(PMO)  . Mr Fadnavis also discussed standardization of courses in such a way that it recognize at international level and skilled candidate can get jobs globally. The skilled candidate must be able to get loan with ease and for that it was decided various government schemes would be link.   

   He informed that in the meeting, it was  unanimously decided about the  need  to create National Standard for skill manpower and it should be recognized with word class standard  which is presently active in  Australia and Britain. Another good decision was to give opportunity of vertical mobility to candidate taking up skilling.

       The meeting was attended by Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir,  Shri Rajiv Pratap Rudy, Minister of State (Independent Charge) Skill Development and Entrepreneurship; Smt Smriti Zubin Irani, Minister of Human Resource Development; Shri Kalraj Mishra, Minister of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad, Minister of Communication and Information Technology. Senior bureaucrats, and corporate leaders, including, Shri Cyrus P. Mistry, Chairman, Tata Group; Shri Sachin Bansal, Founder and CEO Flipkart’ and Shri Manish Sabharwal, Chairman and Founder, Team Lease Services also participated in the Governing Council meeting. 

    
Some of the major decisions taken at the meeting included the following Skill training to be scaled up to cover at least 1.5 crore people during 2016-2017. The Central Board for Skills Certification to be set up by September 2016 to infuse quality into India’s skill development ecosystem.
 Unutilized infrastructure in existing engineering colleges to be leveraged for skill training courses.

     Profit making Public Sector Units (PSUs) will be mandated to scale up apprenticeships, upto 10% of total manpower, over the course of this year. Private corporations are also expected to follow suit.  500 Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendras, which will provide skill training free of cost to be opened this year, to impart training to India’s aspiring youth. 
50 Overseas Employment Skill Training Centres to be opened this year, in migratory pockets of the country. 

500 Rozgar Utsavs will be held across Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs), Central Training Institutes, PMKVY training centres, toolrooms etc., to make skill training aspirational amongst youth

 
A national skills competition, known as ‘India Skills’ will be launched during 2016-2017, to recognize the skills of India’s youth. This will be an annual event. This year, a national level Convocation will be held for candidates who successfully complete ITI courses, to recognize their success. Over the next one year, the capacity of ITIs to be further enhanced from 18.5 lakhs to 25 lakhs and over 5000 new ITIs will be created. 
 Traditional skills will be recognized, nurtured and promoted through informal apprenticeships, under various programmes.

राज्य शिकाऊ (अप्रेन्टीशीप) परिषद स्थापन्याची परवानगी मिळावी - मुख्यमंत्री फडणवीस

 

नवी दिल्ली, 02 : राज्य शिकाऊ (अप्रेन्टीशीप) परिषद स्थापण्याची  परवानगी मिळावी, अशी मागणी मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी आज पंतप्रधान कार्यालयात झालेल्या राष्ट्रीय कौशल्य विकास आढावा बैठकीत केली.

बैठकीची अध्यक्षता पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी केली. माहिती व तंत्रज्ञान मंत्री रवी शंकर प्रसाद, मनुष्यबळ विकास मंत्री स्मृती इराणी, सूक्ष्म, लघु व मध्यम उद्योग मंत्री कलराज मिश्र, केंद्रीय कौशल्य विकास राज्य मंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) राजीव प्रताप रुडी, मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस, जम्मु व कश्मिरच्या मुख्यमंत्री महेबुबा मुफ्ती, अरुणाचल प्रदेशचे मुख्यमंत्री कलिखो पुल  आणि केंद्राचे व विविध राज्यांचे वरिष्ठ अधिकारी यासह विविध क्षेत्रातील तज्ज्ञ यावेळी  उपस्थित होते.

प्रशिक्षणार्थी (अप्रेन्टीशीप) कायद्यात बदल केल्याने राज्याला सर्वाधिक फायदा झाल्याचे सांगुन मुख्यमंत्री पुढे म्हणाले, यामुळे राज्यात यावर्षी जवळपास  60 हजार प्रशिक्षणार्थी उमेदवार तयार करू शकते. जे इतर राज्याच्या तुलनेत सर्वाधिक आहेत. परिषद स्थापन केल्याने यातंर्गत छोटे-छोटे अभ्यासक्रम तयार करून  यांना प्रमाणीत करण्यात येईल. यामुळे अधिक रोजगार उपलब्ध होऊ शकतो. याशिवाय प्रक्षिणार्थींना कर्ज उपलब्ध करून देण्यासाठी कौशल्य प्रशिक्षण अभियानाला केंद्र शासनाच्या मुद्रा अथवा इतर योजनांना जोडण्यात यावे.

जे उमेदवार आठवी पास झाल्यानंतर औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थामधून प्रशिक्षण घेतात  त्यांना दहावी उत्तीर्णाचा दर्जा प्राप्त व्हावा तसेच  जे दहावीनंतर प्रशिक्षण घेतात त्यांना  पदवी अभ्यासक्रमाला  सरळ प्रवेश मिळावा अशी मागणीही राज्यातर्फे करण्यात आली.

राष्ट्रीय कौशल्य विद्यापीठ तयार करावे त्यासाठी कृती आराखडा तयार करावा. राज्यांनाही अशी विद्यापीठ तयार करण्याची परवागणी मिळावी, अशी मागणीही मुख्यमंत्री यांनी बैठकीत केली. याबाबत केंद्रीय मनुष्यबळ  विकास मंत्री स्मृती यांनी बैठकीत सकारात्मकता दर्शविल्याचे मुख्यमंत्री यांनी सांगितले.

विद्यापीठ बनविताना  विद्यापीठ अनुदान आयोगाच्या नियमाप्रमाणे प्रशिक्षकांच्या  नियुक्ती  केली जाते. मात्र कौशल्य विद्यापीठ बनवितांना उद्योग क्षेत्रातील तसेच तत्सम तज्ज्ञ प्रशिक्षकांची नियुक्ती करण्यात यावी, असे मुख्यमंत्री यांनी बैठकीत सूचविले.

            कौशल्य प्रशिक्षणाबाबत आंतरराष्ट्रीय मानक तयार करण्यावर या बैठकीत चर्चा झाली. ऑस्ट्रेलिया व इंग्लड मानकांवर सर्वोत्तम असून या आधारावर हे मानक तयार करण्यात यावे यावर सर्वांनी सहमती दर्शवीली. असे मानक तयार झाल्यास भारतीयांना जगाच्या पाठीवर रोजगार उपलब्ध होऊ शकते.

            यास‍ह बैठकीत कौशल्य विकास अभियानात  राज्यांची सद्यस्थित, येणा-या अडचणीवंर सवीस्तर चर्चा करण्यात आली.

नवी दिल्ली दि. ३१ :  पुण्यश्लोक अहिल्यादेवी होळकर यांची २९१ वी जयंती आज महाराष्ट्र सदन व महाराष्ट्र परिचय केंद्रात साजरी करण्यात आली. 

कोपरनिकस मार्ग स्थित महाराष्ट्र सदनातील सभागृहात आयोजित कार्यक्रमात यांनी राजशिष्टाचार तथा गुंतवणूक आयुक्त लोकेश चंद्र अहिल्यादेवी होळकर यांच्या प्रतिमेस पुष्पहार अर्पण करून अभिवादन केले. यावेळी, अपर निवासी आयुक्त समीर सहाय, सहायक निवासी आयुक्त भारती झाडे, डॉ. किरण कुलकर्णी, अजितसिंग नेगी, संजय आघाव यांच्यासह महाराष्ट्र सदन तसेच महाराष्ट्र परिचय केंद्राचे अधिकारी व कर्मचारी उपस्थित होते. उपस्थित अधिकारी कर्मचा-यांनीही यावेळी प्रतिमेस पुष्प अर्पण करून आदरांजली वाहिली.

Environment Ministry lifts moratorium in Chandrapur, industrial unit in Maharashtra

New Delhi,30: The ministry of environment, forests and climate change has finally lifted the industrial moratorium in Chandrapur . Four industrial clusters MIDC Chandrapur, Tadali, Ghugus and Ballarpur  in the district of Chandrapur are now free of restrains put under Comprehensive Environmental Pollution Index (CEPI) for environmental clearance of new industries and expansion projects. This will enable new investments in the region, which was stalled for last more than 5 years. The Ministry had imposed moratorium  in 43 CEPI areas on 13.01.2010.

      

           The evaluation of the CEPI score in the Chandrapur (Maharashtra) is 54.42, as compared to the CEPI score assessed by CPCB in 2013 (81.90). It has also been intimated that the action plan formulated for Chandrapur is at various stages of implementation.

         In view of the re-assessment of CEPI score and taking into consideration that action plans for improving environment quality take time to yield results, it has been decided to lift the moratorium on the consideration of projects for environmental clearance in respect of projects to be located in Chandrapur (Maharashtra), where CEPI score is below 70 as compared to the CEPI score of 2013 was 81.93

 CPCB and the SPCB will immediately put the approved action plan on their website along with implementation status.The SPCB to ensure that any new project/activity or any expansion or modernization of existing project or activity or any change in product mix is in line with the overall approved action plan of the CPA.

    The implementation of action plan of CPA to be reviewed by the Chairman, SPCB on quarterly basis and report sent to CPCB by the 7th day of the month succeeding the end of quarter. It would be ensured that there is no slippage either in terms of time frame or the activities to be completed relating to the action plan.

     Monitoring in CPA be got done by SPCB through a third party on annual basis for computing CEPI. The monitoring be done during December-February and the report sent to CPCB by April. CPCB, in turn, to submit its report to MoEFCC.Monitoring in CPA be got done by CPCB through a third party on biennial basis for computing CEPI and report submitted to MoEF for taking an appropriate view.

   The EAC/SEAC will take extra precaution during appraisal of projects to be located in these areas and prescribe the requisite stringent safeguard measures, so that the environmental quality is not deteriorated further in the CPA.

चंद्रपूरमधून सीईपीआय निर्बंध उठवले ; नव्या गुंतवणुकीसाठी मार्ग मोकळा

नवी दिल्ली दि. ३० : केंद्रीय वने व पर्यावरण तथा हवामानबदल मंत्रालयाने चंद्रपूरमधील एमआयडीसी, घुग्गुस,बल्लारपूर,टडाली येथील ‘व्यापक पर्यावरण प्रदूषण निर्देशांका’(सीईपीआय)नुसार घालण्यात आलेले निर्बंध उठवले आहेत.त्यामुळे गेल्या ५ वर्षांपासून या भागात रखडलेल्या नव्या गुंतवणूकीचा मार्ग मोकळा झाला आहे.  

        मंत्रालयाने या संदर्भात २० मे २०१६ रोजी एक प्रपत्र काढले आहे. १३ जानेवारी २०१० मधे देशात ४३ सीईपीआय क्षेत्रांमधे  असे निर्बंध लावण्यात आले होते. महाराष्ट्रातील चंद्रपूर भागात लावण्यात आलेल्या या निर्बंधाअंतर्गत फेब्रुवारी आणि मार्च २०१६ या कालावधीत गंभीर प्रदुषीत भागांचा(सीपीए) निरीक्षण व अभ्यास करण्यात आला. वर्ष २०१३ मधे सीईपीआय आकडा ८१.९३ एवढा होता त्यात आता घट होऊन हा आकडा ७० च्याही खाली गेला आहे. त्यानुसार सीईपीआयच्या आकडयांची समीक्षा करण्यात आली. अभ्यास समितीने या संदर्भातील आपला अहवाल  १८ एप्रिल २०१६ रोजी  केंद्रीय वने व पर्यावरण तथा हवामानबदल मंत्रालयाला सोपवला.

            सीईपीआयच्या आकडयांचे पुनरमुल्यांकन आणि पर्यावरण गुणवत्ता सुधारासाठी तयार करण्यात आलेल्या योजनेसाठी लागणारा वेळ लक्षात घेता चंद्रपूरभागात सीईपीआय नुसार लावण्यात आलेले निर्बंध उठविण्याचा निर्णय घेण्यात आला. हे निर्बंध काही अटी व शर्तींच्या अधिन राहून उठविण्यात आले आहेत.

महाराष्ट्र सदनात ‘स्वच्छ भारत पंधरवाडया’ निमित्त प्रतिज्ञा

        

नवी दिल्ली दि. २६ : ‘स्वच्छ भारत पंधरवाडा’ या विशेष अभियाना अंतर्गत गुरुवारी महाराष्ट्र सदन व महाराष्ट्र परिचय केंद्रात  प्रतिज्ञा घेण्यात आली . 

कोपरनिकसमार्ग स्थित महाराष्ट्र सदनातील सभागृहात आयोजित कार्यक्रमात राजशिष्टाचार तथा गुंतवणूक आयुक्त लोकेश चंद्र यांनी उपस्थित अधिकारी-कर्मचा-यांना,“मी शपथ घेतो की, मी स्वत:    स्वच्छतेप्रती  सजग राहील आणि त्यासाठी वेळ देईल. आठवडयातून २ तास अशा प्रकारे प्रत्येक वर्षी १०० तास श्रमदान करून स्वच्छतेचे व्रत प्रत्यक्षात आणण्याचा प्रयत्न करेल ......” अशी ‘स्वच्छ भारत पंधरवाडया’ची प्रतिज्ञा दिली. अपर निवासी आयुक्त समीर सहाय,सहायक निवासी आयुक्त भारती झाडे,डॉ. किरण कुलकर्णी, अजितसिंग नेगी, संजय आघाव यांच्यासह महाराष्ट्र सदन तसेच महाराष्ट्र परिचय केंद्राचे अधिकारी व कर्मचारी यावेळी उपस्थित होते.

Centre to allocate fund to Maharashtra for NRDWP

    

     Babanrao Lonikar met Union Minister for Drinking WAter

New- Delhi,25: The suspension for starting new scheme under National Rural Drinking Water Programme (NRDWP) should be removed and 1 thousand crore fund should be allocated. Maharashtra Drinking Water Minister  Babanrao Lonikar urged to Union Minister for Drinking Water and Sanitation Chaudhary Birender Singh.

   Meeting was held at the residence of Union Minister. Member of Parliament from Sangali (Maharshtra) Sanjaykaka Patil and Secretary of Drinking Water Ministry and Sanitation Parmeshwaran Iyer and Senior officers were present for the meeting. Union minister gave assurance for resolving the issues regarding the hurdles of implementation of NRDWP and to increase the fund allocation for the state. He also mention , “ we will send the technical team to the state to acknowledge the expectation of state from Centre Government.

   In meeting Mr. Lonikar stated that state is suffering from drought situation. More than 145 Tehsils is suffering from the scarcity. On the backdrop of this, demand of water supply is increasing from various parts of the states. Centre government has postponed new schemes under NRDWP, but seeing the drought situation in the state the suspension should be removed. He said the state required 1 thousand crore fund for the implementation of Drinking Water Programme.

    Speeking on the occasion ,Union Minister said, allocation of the fund for drinking water schemes will be on priority basis. For that senior officers team will visit the state and will do survey. They will interact with the officers and expert of concern department and will decide priority programme, and than Centre will provide assistance.

राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण पेयजल योजनेसाठी केंद्राकडून मिळणार आवश्यक मदत :बबनराव लोणीकर यांनी घेतली केंद्रीय पेयजल मंत्र्याची भेट

  

नवी दिल्ली,दि.25: राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण पेयजल कार्यक्रमातून नवीन योजनांची कामे सुरु करण्यास असलेली स्थगिती रद्द करुन या योजनांसाठी १ हजार कोटी रुपयांचा निधी उपलब्ध करुन द्यावा, अशी मागणी राज्याचे पाणी पुरवठा मंत्री बबनराव लोणीकर यांनी मंगळवारी केंद्रीय पेयजल आणि स्वच्छता मंत्री चौधरी बिरेद्रसिंह यांच्याकडे केली.

            श्री.चौधरी बिरेंद्र सिंह यांच्या 22,अकबर रोड या निवासस्थानी मंगळवारी रात्री श्री.बबनराव लोणीकर यांनी त्यांची भेट घेऊन राज्यातील पाणी पुरवठा योजनांच्या अंमलबजावणीबाबत विविध मागण्यांचे निवेदन सादर केले. यावेळी आयोजित बैठकीस सांगलीचे खासदार संजयकाका पाटील,पेजयल मंत्रालयाचे सचिव परमेश्वरन अय्यर यांच्यासह केंद्र व राज्य शासनाचे वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित होते.महाराष्ट्राला केंद्रशासनाकडून व केंद्राला राज्याकडून अपेक्षीत असलेल्या बाबीं संदर्भात चर्चा करण्यासाठी एक तांत्रिक समिती लवकरच महाराष्ट्रात पाठवू. राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण पेयजल योजनेच्या अंमलबजावणीत येत असलेल्या अडचणी दूर करुन महाराष्ट्राला निधी वाढवून दिला जाईल, अशी ग्वाही यावेळी केंद्रीय मंत्री श्री.चौधरी बीरेंद्र सिंह यांनी दिली.

श्री.लोणीकर यावेळी म्हणाले की, राज्याच्या मोठ्या भागात सध्या गंभीर दुष्काळी परिस्थिती असून १४५ तालुके दुष्काळाचा सामनाकरीत आहेत. राज्यात मागील तीन वर्षापासून सततची दुष्काळी परिस्थिती आहे. त्या पार्श्वभूमीवर राज्याच्या विविध भागातून पाणी पुरवठा योजनांची मागणी वाढत आहे. केंद्रशासनाने राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण पेयजल कार्यक्रमातून सध्या नवीन योजनांची कामे हाती घेण्यास स्थगिती दिली आहे. पण, राज्यातील दुष्काळी परिस्थिती पाहता ही स्थगिती उठविण्यात यावी, तसेच याकार्यक्रमासाठी महाराष्ट्राला १ हजार कोटी रुपयांचा निधी उपलब्ध करुन द्यावा, अशी मागणी केली.

श्री.बिरेंद्र सिंह म्हणाले की, प्राधान्यक्रम ठरवून त्याप्रमाणे पाणी पुरवठा योजनेच्या कार्यक्रमांच्या अमंलबजावणीसाठी निधी उपलब्ध करून दिला जाईल. यासाठी केंद्रीय पेयजल मंत्रालयातील वरिष्ठ अधिकाऱ्यांचे एकपथक लवकरच राज्यात जाऊन सर्वेक्षण करेल, राज्याच्या संबंधित विभागांच्या अधिकारी व तज्ज्ञांशी चर्चा करून प्राधान्याचे कार्यक्रम निश्चित करण्यात येतील. त्याला केंद्राकडून निधी उपलब्ध करून दिला जाईल,असे श्री.चौधरी बिरेंद्रसिंह यांनी या बैठकीत सांगितले. तसेच पाण्याचे शाश्वत स्त्रोत निश्चित करुन त्यावर आधारीत प्रादेशिक पाणी पुरवठा योजनांचे जास्तीत जास्त प्रस्ताव तयार करण्यात यावेत. केंद्रशासनाकडून त्याला मान्यता देण्यात येईल, असे आश्वासन श्री. चौधरी बिरेंद्र सिंह यांनी  यावेळी  दिले.

Maharashtra Government relentless efforts got achievement

                   NEET ordinance gets Presidents Approval

New Delhi,24: President Pranab Mukherjee today signed the ordinance to keep state boards out of the common entrance test  for Medical and dental courses for this year. State students have been exempted from National Eligibility cum Entrance Test  (NEET) examination for this year. Maharashtra chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Medical Education Minister Vinod Tawde efforts gave a relief to the state students, while the state government will follow CET pattern for this year.

    Along with Maharashtra, there are many more states who urged for the exemption from NEET. Seeing the intensity of the issue,Central Government proclaimed to put forward an ordinance,which was carry forwarded to President and for the resolution Mr. Mukherjee asked for a clarification over the subject. Union Minister of health J.P Nadda stated the consequences raised by various governments regarding NEET, where as Solicitor General also came up with legal justification. The ordinance was signed after going through from all its aspects.

For the exemption of state students from NEET examination Mr. Fadnavis met Prime Minister modi. Tawde, who met Union Health Minister J P Nadda urged the Centre to allow aspirants from Maharashtra to seek admission through the state common entrance test.

President Pranab Mukherjee has signed the ordinance, which was cleared by the Union Cabinet on May 20, to partially overturn a Supreme Court verdict which said all government colleges, deemed universities and private medical colleges would be covered under NEET.

The ordinance on NEET is aimed at partially overturning a Supreme Court order that had taken into account the multiple medical entrance tests by states and private colleges as well as allegations of corruption.

‘नीट’च्या अध्यादेशावर राष्ट्रपतींची स्वाक्षरी: महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या प्रयत्नांना यश

नवी दिल्ली दि. २४ : राष्ट्रीय स्तरावरील वैद्यकीय पात्रता प्रवेश परीक्षेच्या(नीट)अध्यादेशावर मंगळवारी  राष्ट्रपती प्रणव मुखर्जी यांनी स्वाक्षरी केली. यामुळे राज्यातील विद्यार्थ्यांना ‘नीट’ मधून यावर्षी सवलत मिळणार आहे. मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस आणि वैद्यकीय शिक्षण मंत्री विनोद तावडे यांनी यासाठी केंद्र शासनाकडे पाठपुरावा केला होता.

        महाराष्ट्रासह विविध राज्यांकडून यंदा नीट मधून सवलत देण्याबाबत वाढती मागणी पाहता केंद्र शासनाने याबाबत अध्यादेश काढून संमतीसाठी राष्ट्रपतींकडे पाठवला. मात्र, राष्ट्रपतींनी अध्यादेशाबाबत आणखी माहिती आणि स्पष्टीकरण मागितले होते. केंद्रीय आरोग्यमंत्री जे.पी.नड्डा यांनी सोमवारी राष्ट्रपतींची भेट घेऊन ‘नीट’बाबत राज्यांच्या विरोधाची कारणे व अध्यादेशाची आवश्यकता  याची माहिती त्यांना दिली. देशाच्या महाधिवक्त्यांनी राष्ट्रपतींना नीटबाबत कायदेशीर बाजू समजावून सांगितली. अखेर आज सकाळी राष्ट्रपतींनी ‘नीट’च्या अध्यादेशावर स्वाक्षरी केली. या अध्यादेशामुळे राज्यात यंदा सरकारी वैद्यकीय महाविद्यालयांचे प्रवेश  सामाईक प्रवेश प्रक्रिया (सीईटी)नुसार होतील आणि  विद्यार्थ्यांना यावर्षी नीट मधून  सवलत मिळणार आहे.

  

           राज्यातील विद्यार्थ्यांना यावर्षी ‘नीट’ मधून सवलत देण्याच्या मागणीसाठी मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांची भेट घेऊन भूमिका मांडली होती. केंद्रीय आरोग्य मंत्रालयाच्या वतीने ‘नीट’ राबविण्याबाबत आयोजित सर्व राज्यांच्या आरोग्य मंत्र्यांच्या बैठकीत वैद्यकीय शिक्षणमंत्री विनोद तावडे यांनी सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने ‘नीट’ बाबत दिलेल्या निकालाचा पुनरविचार करून वर्ष २०१६ करिता राज्यांना ‘नीट’ मधून सवतल दयावी, अशी मागणी केंद्र सरकारकडे केली होती. तत्पूर्वी २ मे २०१६ रोजी महाराष्ट्र शासनाने सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात याचिका दाखल करून ‘नीट’ मधून सवलत मिळण्याची मागणी  केली होती, विनोद तावडे  यावेळी सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात उपस्थित होते. केंद्रातील विविध मंत्र्यासोबत त्यांनी या संदर्भात भक्कम पाठपुरावा केला. अखेर राज्य शासनाच्या या प्रयत्नांना यश मिळाले असून केंद्र सरकारने नीट बाबत काढलेल्या अध्यादेशाला राष्ट्रपतींनी मंजुरी दिली.
